training programme in 2001.
adiplus+© is a term designed to recognise the continual professional developmental needs of ADI Instructors and trainees and the training and coaching methods used by Lion to achieve them.
The driver training industry is fast becoming a very exciting environment to
work in but it needs new and fresh ideas to help it grow.
For those wishing to train for a recognised professional qualification and who can effectively
demonstrate their plans and ideas and want to build a successful
business and career, the driver training industry offers vast and
challenging opportunities.

Our aim is not to convince you
that you should become a driving instructor or that you should use Lion for
your training, but rather to assist you in the first instance to make sense
of the vast amount of information and mis information that you are probably
trawling through right now.
Helping you piece things together!
Your decision to commit
yourself to any training course should not come easily because you owe it to
yourself and family to get it right.
Should you decide to come
to Lion for your training, thereafter our aim is to concentrate on
developing the individual’s practical teaching and coaching skills.
We seek
to encourage the spirit of professionalism and a respect for the industry
and those in it.
We are a small group of DSA ORDIT Registered and Approved instructors
offering high levels of instructor training and coaching techniques.
We also have on our team a former DSA senior examiner,highly respected and experienced in all aspects of ADI testing including ORDIT Registration.
The level of commitment we
give to our students is second to absolutely none.
We have no sales targets and are not interested in building an empire only a
reputation for training excellence.
We do not see other training companies as competitors but as colleagues.

We limit ourselves to a set number of students so as not to
compromise the quality of commitment and training we give to our students.
We also seek to take on one
or two students on a scholarship basis whose only outlay is their study
material and DSA fees.
The only restriction to the
time it takes for you to qualify will be those constraints that you,
yourself, put on yourself.
Working within your comfort zone is important for personal growth and we work hard to get the balance right between stretching your comfort zone and getting you to work within it.
The object is not to qualify but to qualify knowing that you can confidently
and professionally engage with your students and be successful in your
career.
