Overseas experience in Ireland, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Philippines,
Vietnam, Pakistan, and Nepal.
Very experienced Police Instructor at a major Police Training School in
all aspects of traffic policing with particular emphasis on traffic
police enforcement and road safety matters and extensive experience in
developing training materials and manuals.
Former Head of Law and Accident
Investigation Department, UK.
Author of training manuals and training materials used in police
training schools in the UK and in some overseas countries.
