Lion Driver Training is delighted to team up with Mike Fell (MITAI. LCGI) a retired Traffic Police Officer with extensive knowledge and experience in the area of Forensic Road Traffic Accident Investigation and Prevention.

His qualifications are second to none and he is highly sought after nationally and internationally.

Mike's area of experience is:  



Overseas experience in Ireland, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Philippines, Vietnam, Pakistan, and Nepal.

Very experienced Police Instructor at a major Police Training School in all aspects of traffic policing with particular emphasis on traffic police enforcement and road safety matters and extensive experience in developing training materials and manuals.


Former Head of Law and Accident Investigation Department, UK.

Author of training manuals and training materials used in police training schools in the UK and in some overseas countries.
